  • What is the minimum stay at LIV Residences?

    The mimimum stay at Liv Residences Serviced Apartments is 6 nights per booking.

  • Are utilities and WiFi included?

    Utilities and wifi charges are all inclusive in the room rates.

  • Is parking available?

    Liv residences offers free on-site parking, subject to availability.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are not allowed at the Serviced Apartment.

  • Do you provide housekeeping services?

    Yes, weekly housekeeping is included. Additional services can be arranged upon request.

  • Can I cancel my booking and get refund?

    Direct bookings via our website are under non-refundable and non-cancellation policy

  • Is there any security deposit required?

    A Security Deposit “SD” equivalent to the first month’s rental is required to be made with the first month’s rental payment upon booking for long-term stayers. The SD will be refunded after a month from the check-out date to the individual or company’s bank account.

  • Can I pay cash on the spot for my booking?

    We regret to inform that we do not accept cash payment and payment needs to be made to confirm your booking. We accept bank transfer and credit card payments on our website. For on-site payment, we accept cards and digital wallets such as Alipay or Wechat pay.

  • Are towels and toiletries provided?

    Towels and toiletries are replenished during housekeeping

  • Are there laundry services provided?

    Guests can use the washer (free) and dryer (free) located at Basement 1  with the tokens provided upon check-on. 1 dryer and 1 washer token is provided for every 3 nights of stay. Drying racks are provided for your convenience. Certain units are equipped with washer such as Premium 1 bedroom, Premium 2 bedrooms, Executive 1 bedroom and Executive 2 bedrooms.

    You may contact front desk or the number you received upon check-in.
