Property and Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy
Standard Bookings (Less than 28 nights):
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the total stay.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total stay.
Long Stay Bookings (90 nights or more):
- Free cancellation up to 60 days before check-in.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the first month.
- After check-in, 30 days’ notice is required to shorten the stay or cancel remaining nights. Short notice may incur early departure fees.
Non-Refundable Bookings:
- No refunds for cancellation, change of dates, or no-shows.
Terms and Conditions
1. Prices and Taxes
All room rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to prevailing government taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices may vary depending on the booking period, promotions, or changes in government tax policy. Quoted rates are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out
Full payment must be made at check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing. A valid photo ID and credit/debit card for security deposit are required at check-in. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
3. Traveling with Minors
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We do not offer childcare or supervision services. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure minors comply with property rules.
4. Accessibility or Special Needs
We strive to accommodate guests with special needs. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require accessible facilities or support so we can make appropriate arrangements.
5. Parking
On-site parking is subject to availability and free of charge during booked stay. Guests park at their own risk. The property is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
6. Hotel Events
During your stay, events or maintenance activities may be conducted on the premises. We will make every effort to minimize disruptions. Guests will be informed in advance where possible.
7. Dispute Resolution / Issues
In case of any concerns or service issues, guests are encouraged to contact our front desk or management promptly. We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
8. Use of Personal Information
Personal data provided by guests will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share personal information with third parties unless required by law or with guest consent.
9. Liability
The property shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by guests unless due to proven negligence. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safekeeping of their personal belongings.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, war, or government restrictions.
11. Third Party Rights
This agreement does not confer any rights to third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B).
12. Waiver
Failure by the property to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or affect the right to enforce it later.
13. Severance
If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
